Progress Certificate

A Progess Certificate is generally required by the banks subsequent to a 'proposed dwelling valuation' in order for loans to be advanced through a series of payments as construction of a property proceeds. 

A valuer needs to inspect the property at each stage and then can henceforth prepare a valuation based on the work undertaken.  This allows money to be safely advanced at each stage.
