Peter is a Registered Valuer specialising in industrial/commercial work & carrying out some rural and residential work. He has had over 25 years experience in the South Auckland area. Initially Peter started his career with the Government Valuation Department working in the South Auckland area before joining Guy Stevenson & Petherbridge and becoming a co-founder of Property Valuations Ltd.

Russell is a Registered Valuer & Associate of the Valuers Institute. Russell specialises in Rural work plus residential valuations in the outer areas. With 25 years experience in the South Auckland area he started his career in the Government Valuation Department before becoming a co-founder of Property Valuations Ltd.

Shonelle is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and qualified from the Auckland University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Property. She specializes mainly within the commercial/industrial areas, with some residential and rural work.
