About Us

Property Valuations Ltd was established in 2004 continuing the practice of Guy Stevenson & Petherbridge, Papakura a company which had been operating in the Manukau, Papakura, Franklin and north Waikato area since 1974.

We are a local team of four Valuers plus support staff, working within the south Auckland district. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge, expertise and experience with emphasis being given to independence, integrity and confidentiality.

All of our Valuers are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand and work under a strict Code of Ethics and National Legislation. (The Valuers Act 1948).

We have a long established relationship with other local professional services and our valuation reports are well recognized within the industry.
